QUESTION:Do I have to purchase the products for my online auctions in advance?

ANSWER: No. that's the best Part of buying from us! We will ship directly to your customer at no additional charge. However, if you guarantee a delivery time, (For example.."All orders shipped within 48 hours of payment") then it is recommended you purchase your products in advance so that you can ship to your customers and meet any promised deadlines. While we make every attempt to ship all orders within 2 business days, we do not guarantee this shipping time as occasionally high order volume may cause delays. From November 15th-December 25th, please allow up to 5 Business Days for your order to ship.

QUESTION:What payment methods do you accept?

ANSWER:

Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks

All Checks will have a hold time of 7 business days to verify funds available before shipping. At checkout, you will receive any pertinent information required to use your selected payment means

QUESTION:How Much Will My Order Cost to Ship?

ANSWER:
Our Shopping Cart is integrated with UPS and USPS to calculate shipping based on weight and destination. You can begin the checkout process and select your preferred shipping method to view shipping costs without finalizing the order.
International Orders are assessed an additonal $10.00 fee for Insurance and Special Handling, REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE OR SHIPPING METHOD.

QUESTION:How long does it take for my order to ship?

ANSWER: Normally, your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours (second business day). If you need your order shipped urgently we will guarantee to process your order within 24 hours for a $7.50 express fee plus the usual shipping charges. It will leave our warehouse the same day we receive it or the next business day. For the few instances that we are unable to process your order within the timeline above, we will issue a refund for the priority fee paid by you.

QUESTION:My customer wants it the next day, can I pay for express shipping?

ANSWER:Our shopping cart is set-up to provide you with a complete selection of shipping options; this selection includes Overnight and 2nd day services. Paying for express shipping is not the same as paying for express processing. If you need your order shipped within the next business day, you must also include the priority processing fee of $7.50 at time of checkout.

QUESTION:How can you guarantee my customer will not contact you directly?

ANSWER:Our company name does not appear on anything that will be exposed to your customers, including invoices, products, warranties, or packaging materials.

QUESTION:What shipping methods do you use?

ANSWER:Orders totaling less than 13 oz. in weight are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail.(If your order requires delivery tracking, then you must select USPS Priority or UPS ground service at checkout).
Orders weighing 13oz. - 3lbs. are shipped using USPS Priority service with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available for an additional charge.
Orders weighing 3lbs. or more are shipped using UPS and includes insurance. You may login to your Customer Account at any time to view the status and tracking information for every order placed through us. To login, visit our 'Contact Us' page or use the link provided in the email confirmation of your order.

QUESTION:What if you are out of something I order?

ANSWER:Please view our 'Out-of-Stock' link to view items known to be out-of-stock. On rare occassions that we do not have the item that you ordered and it is not listed on the 'Out-of-Stock' List, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to see if you would like to wait on stock, or cancel the order.

QUESTION:Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?

ANSWER:Yes, we ship orders Internationally to those countries considered low risk. International orders will be assessed a $10.00 fee to cover the extra handling procedures required to ship outside the United States as well as Insurance for the order.

QUESTION:My customer says they never received their order, what should I do?
ANSWER:
1.) Check your Customer account by logging in through our 'Contact Us' page. Check to see if the tracking number is with your customer's invoice.
2.) If you can not find tracking, then email us with the order # and customer's last name.
3.) We will supply you with any available tracking/freight information .

We are not responsible for items lost during delivery. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE US SHIP YOUR ORDER VIA USPS 1ST CLASS MAIL, WE WILL NOT RESHIP THE ITEM (IF CLAIMED UNRECEIVED) WITHOUT ANOTHER COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER. To avoid this possibility, we highly recommend you select USPS PRIORITY or UPS GROUND for your orders, otherwise you would need to reorder AND PAY for the order to be shipped again.

QUESTION:I need an item you do not have on the site, can you get it?

ANSWER:We have sources for literally thousands of products. If you would like to purchase a product that we do not offer, send us an email with the product description and an URL address with a photo if applicable. (Note- we do not open emails that have an attachment) In order to offer you the best pricing, you must purchase a case of the item for us to order it. For business reasons, we do not attempt to source products that cutomers do not want to purchase by case minimums.

QUESTION:Do you offer Quantity Discounts?

ANSWER:All product discounts are shown at the bottom of each product description. If you are looking to purchase an item in quantities much larger than those listed on the site, then please contact us via email using our 'Contact' tab and we will supply you with a quote for bulk ordering.

QUESTION:I found a product you have at a competitor's site for a cheaper price, will you match it?

ANSWER:NO. While we have found our prices to be the most competitive in the business, there may be other wholesalers who offer certain items at a cheaper price. You are free to purchase from any vender if you feel the difference in price is worth taking a chance on another vender's service and satisfaction policies.

QUESTION:Can I order by Phone?

ANSWER:We ask that all customers and distributors purchase directly through the web site. We have multiple payment gateways set up and online inventory capabilities to be able to process almost all order combinations. We do offer phone orders if you need it by calling (209)712-1572.
